Holyn most recently worked on research and investments at Kindred Ventures. As Kindred’s first junior hire, she was fortunate to work closely with AI, consumer, and healthcare startups. 

Before Kindred, Holyn helped build Twitter’s billion-dollar content business. She also worked on product and partnerships with startups. Beyond work, Holyn writes online-offline, a tech and culture newsletter read by leading VCs, founders, and operators. 

Why Parable? My friends joke I’m an anthropologist, often pulling different threads to arrive at conclusions they’d never dream of. I blame my insatiable curiosity about people and how trends, behaviors, and technology move them. I’ve played the roles of beta tester, operator, investor, and fan within consumer for two decades already. I couldn’t be happier to see a dedicated pro/consumer fund led by someone who‘s making it their life’s work.
